He has won audiences over with his riveting acting abilities on film sets from Yashraj Films, Dharma Productions and Excel Entertainment. Recently he visited Mahim Dargah for spiritual guidance.

Heeramandi

Heeramandi, the latest period drama from acclaimed Indian filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, offers a compelling glimpse into India’s historic courtesans (tawaifs) during their peak years at Heera Mandi Red Light District near Lahore in modern-day Pakistan. It portrays individual courtesan women with distinct character traits striving for self-respect in modern-day Lahore red-light district Heera Mandi Red Light District.

Manisha Koirala and Sonakshi Sinha take center stage in this show as rival courtesans fighting for dominance. Their performances are truly outstanding; their on-screen chemistry cannot be denied – we cannot wait to see what else these powerhouses have planned!

Heeramandi stands out from most Bollywood films with its stellar ensemble cast of six strong women with distinct stories to tell. These powerful characters are absolutely magnificent; each exuding charisma onscreen. Mallikajaan, Fareedan, Bibbo, Alamzeb and Waheeda all bring incredible presence off and onscreen respectively. All these actors portray them flawlessly.

Taha Shah Badussha has made waves in Bollywood with his notable work in Heeramandi. His portrayal of rebellious Nawab Tajdar Baloch has won critical acclaim and amassed him an army of fans on social media. Additionally, Taha is an excellent singer-singer; recently making his singing debut with Vande Mataram single. We can only hope a big Bollywood career awaits this charismatic actor!

Luv Ka The End

Taha Shah took her career a step further by making her Bollywood debut in 2011 with Luv Ka The End, directed by Bumpy and featuring Shraddha Kapoor as its leading lady. It marked the inaugural production by Y-Films and received positive reviews upon its release.

Rhea falls for Luv Nanda, a rich and famous boy. But after making her a promise that backfires on them both, Rhea realizes he may not be what he appears. To take him down successfully, Rhea teams up with Minty to form an alliance against him: breaking his car, botching Natasha’s date with him, eating cupcakes meant for him, spiked drinks… all within one night’s activities! So be ready! All this action happens so fast so make sure you’re sitting!

Lover of romantic comedies should definitely give this film a watch, with its talented cast and storyline making for an entertaining viewing experience. Music is catchy while cinematography makes for stunning viewing – although sometimes the film can get dull, while acting is not quite as strong compared to Heeramandi but the film still worth seeing!

Gippi

Taha Shah, better known by his character Nawab Tajdar Baloch from Heeramandi, has become an Internet superstar. Thanks to engaging posts he creates on social media platforms such as Instagram and Twitter, many fans have taken notice. While some critics claim he displays nepotism while others praise his acting chops.

Gippi, the Bollywood film starring Shah, is an inspiring tale about one girl’s quest for identity. The plot revolves around 14-year-old Gurpreet Kaur (Gippi), living with her beauty salon-owning mother (Divya Dutta) and younger brother Booboo – providing an emotional coming-of-age tale about school, friendships and personal growth.

The soundtrack features some youthful dance numbers like “Baby Doll”, “Pehni Di Takki”, and more, along with an emotive song such as “Mann Baavra”. Cinematography captures both hilly settings and school sequences effectively.

Shah has since appeared in several other movies including Dharma Productions’ Gippi and Mahesh Bhatt’s Barkhaa with Pakistani actress Sara Loren. Additionally, he starred as Sidharth Malhotra/Katrina Kaif’s Baar Baar Dekho. With several projects lined up, it shouldn’t be long until we see more of him on-screen!
